Cancellation Policy

Comprehensive Schedule with Multiple Class options -> Flexibility to allow maintaining consistent training. Carefully complete and valuable designed sessions fitting in the progressive curriculum. Never feel "behind" if switching different class days or times during the same week has taken place. Mix and match any class throughout the week. Choose what works for the family’s schedule. Strong recommendation to attend at least twice a week for optimal progress. As a dedicated student you even can attend nearly every day, others maintain steady progress with 2-3 sessions per week. No reservations required. Simply arrive 5-10 minutes before class to prepare for training. Instructor will be 15 minutes early and stays 15 minutes after class to address any parent questions. Monthly Fee -> Monthly membership fees remain consistent throughout the year, including holiday periods. Spreading costs evenly allows us more affordable overall pricing. Annual training schedule accounts approx. 44 weeks with 8 weeks of holidays. With this balance we ensure a steady progress with respect for family time and prevent burnouts among both students and instructors. Make-Up Options -> Pyx Lax Academy doesn’t schedule make-up classes. Students are welcome to attend additional sessions before or after holiday periods. Special Holiday Activities -> During longer breaks like summer vacation we offer special workshops, camps or events. These activities focus on specialised skills, games or intensive training opportunities. Holiday workshops require registration and will be announced approx. 1 month in advance. At-Home Practice -> With “Holiday Practice Guides” we provide simple 10-15 minutes routines to help prevent regression in techniques and conditioning. Additional Closures -> Pyx Lax Academy may occasionally close for National Holidays, Special Events, Instructor Trainings and/or facility maintenance. All additional closures will be announced at least 2 weeks in advance. Disruptions to the regular training schedule will be minimized as much as possible.
