Each session is 50-60 minutes long. Sessions must take place a minimum of 2 times per week.
Your Personal Fitness Program Includes:

One on One Personal Training Sessions with Physical Education & Sport Science university degree coach.

Individualized Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, to get you the best possible results in the shortest amount of time

"Before and After" Fitness Assessments so you can measure your progress and avoid plateaus

Choose the option that's best for you:
Pyx Lax makes it affordable. Unlike other programs, you don't have to commit all your hard earned money up-front. You can simply pay a standard fee of 60 euros per session, every two weeks. But if you want to reduce your overall out of pocket expenses enroll in the following programs.
12 Session Program (2x a week)
This program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, and eliminate that unwanted body fat!
18 Session Program (3x a week)
Three sessions a week with your personal trainer will not only get you started and up to speed faster, but you'll also see better results and faster!
30 Session Program (5x a week)
This program is only intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday. Three or five weekly sessions with your personal trainer will deliver the best results in the shortest amount of time... you'll also learn far more with this program and be more likely to maintain your fitness level on your own afterwards.
GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM
We all know how important body fitness is, but sometimes we just can't afford a personal trainer to help us reach our goals. In response to that quest, Pyx Lax is launching the Group Training Program.
Group Training program is In-Home or in Pyx Lax Privet exercise program specifically designed for small groups of individuals. With this program, you and your friends can enjoy personal training in the privacy of your home without incurring the cost associated with individual sessions. Each group must consist of a minimum of 3 people to a maximum of 5 people. Family members qualify as a group as well.
GTP classes include Low-High Impact Punching and Kicking training, Suspension and Resistance training, interval and circuit sessions Just as in traditional personal training, each client from a group will receive the personal attention they deserve from our trainer.
